Returns Policy

What is St Charlie's returns policy?
 
We understand that sometimes a product purchased online doesn't quite match expectations when delivered, so if you've changed your mind on an item you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full store credit (valid for 90 days) or a refund, provided the item is:
 
1. Unused with the original tags still attached.
 
2. In the original packaging, which must be in it's original condition.
 
Once the item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the above conditions, we will provide you with a refund or credit note for the purchase value. 
 
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
 
Sale items are final and we are are not able to be returned or exchanged.
 
How do I return an item?
 
To return your product please email hello@stcharlie.com.au and then we'll provide you with a return address.
 
Please note you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges. 
 
As we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned/exchanged item, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. 
 
What if my item arrived damaged/faulty?
 
Any items that arrive faulty or damaged will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. 
 
For faulty/damaged items, please email hello@stcharlie.com.au and we'll guide you through the replacement process.
 
Can I return an item bought on sale?
 
No - items bought on sale are final and are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
